Founded in 2013, Rebar Capital has emerged as a highly disciplined, premiere real estate acquisition and management platform. Our partners have acquired and manage approximately 880 multifamily units and 60K square feet of office space in the central US.
We did not seek to be like everyone else. We strive to be better. Our leadership comes from outside the industry — bringing a new perspective and skills from investment banking, venture capital, and operations — with a single goal of delivering superior returns on both an absolute and risk adjusted basis.
We believe Rebar Capital’s superior returns stem from excellence in all core acquisition disciplines: vast deal flow, area and property analytics, and transaction capability. Returns have been augmented by our in-house management company, Hammer and Saw Assets.
