Founded in 2013, Rebar Capital has emerged as a highly disciplined, premiere real estate acquisition and management platform. Since our founding, we have acquired approximately 1,000 multifamily units, completed several successful exits, and continuously seek opportunities for profitable growth.

We do not seek to be like everyone else. We strive to be better. Our leadership comes from outside the industry — bringing a new perspective and skills from investment banking, venture capital, and operations — with a single goal of delivering superior returns on both an absolute and risk adjusted basis.
